Personal Training for friend, partner or family groups of up to 4 in my private studio, combining social benefits but tailored to the individual like a Private PT.


You can book with a minimum of 2 people so all you need to do is find at least one friend or bring your partner/kids to boost your motivation and increase the fun! A great budget-friendly option.

Nutrition Coaching

A weekly accountability chat and review of food diaries to improve your habits week by week. With unlimited 24/7 text/email access and tailored educational resources, this program is unlike anything you've ever tried and promises results.


Nutrition Coaching can be done by phone/email as a stand alone service, or packaged with your Personal Training to amplify results and reach your goals much sooner.
